Great new oilcloth...

Check out this great new paneled oilcloth, it's called Big Apple Yellow. I can't wait to make some Modern June placemats out of it, in fact cutting it's Janet's (Junie cutter of love) next job!!

Sweet Placemats

Here's a fun story for you! I just finished three sets of oilcloth placemats for a wonderful customer--the woman wrote to tell me that they are gifts. She's heading away with some good friends for a Girl's Weekend, and that she's surprising them each with a set of my placemats! I'll tell you what, nothing makes me happier than knowing where my wares are headed off to--it makes all the hard work of running a small company worth while!

Thanks, and hugs and kisses to all of you that support Modern June--you all rock my world!

Pack-n-Go Placemats!

You all know how much I love my cupcakes! The Modern June Cupcake is going OILCLOTH!

This Pack-n-Go Placemat is just like the original Modern June placemats in size, shape and quality. But we have added chalk cloth to the reverse, a loop for chalk and a tie for easy travel.

Now taking orders! This will make a great for Christmas or birthday gift. Every mom with a toddler needs on of these! FYI bibs are next! Cuteness!

Suzanne, (my assistant) you asked for it! This one if for you! Surprise! I know little Joseph will love it!

Well some might say it is about time...we now have placemats. I have been wanting to make them for two years now. Yesterday someone sent me a Etsy convo requesting them. This was the 100th request for such a thing so I took it as a sign to actually get to making them! I made the prototype with in the hour, one would think I am a bit excited!

Red fruity and Blue Strawberry placemats are now listed, more colors to come!
