Book Signing!!

Sewing with Oilcloth Author Book Signing with
Kelly McCants THIS WEDNESDAY!
We have got some really (REALLY) awesome events coming up LIVE at Whipstitch in the next few weeks, and they all start this Wednesday.  Are you ready?  Kelly McCants, author of Sewing with Oilcloth, will be in the shop signing copies of her book and sharing her tips and trade secrets for working with these fabrics.  Many of us think "oilcloth" and we think of icky, plasticky picnic tablecloths, but that couldn't be further from the modern truth!  The 20 projects Kelly has put together in her book, using traditional oilcloth and the very popular laminated cottons that are out now, will change your mind.  Meet Kelly, have some snacks on us, get some insider tips, and pick up a signed copy of the book!
What: Sewing with Oilcloth author book signing with Kelly McCants
When: Wednesday, October 19 from 6:30-9 pm
Why:  Free and open to the public, plenty of expert advice on working with yummy fabric, snacks provided!  All the cool kids will be there, so.
Also: Take 20% off ALL in-stock laminated cottons during the book signing!
