What next?

So, as you may have heard already, Modern June has been working very hard on her first giant order.  The order for 200 Festive Oilcloth Pennants were delivered to Chick Picks by Hillary on Saturday--a very good day indeed!  Let me tell you that was an adventure into manufacturing, I learned more lessons than ever before.  Here are a few photos from the last few days of production.

About a week ago we had this mess going on...

After a day of fun we got to this point, 220 party banners all ready for strings!

After a week of stitching, Nicole and I got them to this stage!!!
The best stage of all, sewn, tagged and boxed!

But look what happened, my production shelves are nearly empty. How sad...

Never fear, we have fabric coming in, lots and lots! Here is a sneak peak at spring!

  3. Also, saw your banner in Country Living this month. Did you know that's what your huge wholesale order would be for?! That's pretty amazing.

  4. I sure did! Hillary at Chick Picks brokered the deal and we decided that she should have a ton on hand! They are selling like hot cakes!

Thanks for leaving a comment, I get so excited knowing that people are really reading my ramblings. I try to respond to every comment but sometimes life gets in the way so it might take a day or two.

Many thanks, Kelly
